How is the shipping price calculated?

Price depends on the destination, the service speed you choose, and the chargeable weight — which is the higher of the actual weight and the volumetric weight (length × width × height ÷ 5000). Our calculator shows this live, and the final price is confirmed after we weigh your parcel at pickup.

Are there any hidden charges?

No. Your quote itemises everything — shipping and GST. The only cost outside our control is destination customs duty or tax, which some countries charge the recipient. We always tell you when that's likely before pickup.

What is volumetric weight and why does it matter?

Light but bulky parcels take up space on a plane, so airlines charge by volume when it exceeds actual weight. Volumetric weight = L × W × H (cm) ÷ 5000. You pay whichever is higher. Our calculator works it out for you as you type.
