Shipping Policy

We offer doorstep pickup across major Indian cities and pin-code-based collection elsewhere. Estimated transit times are shown with your quote and begin after dispatch.

Every shipment receives a tracking number, sent by SMS and email. Short gaps in tracking during customs clearance are normal.

Delivery is made to the address you provide. The recipient may need to be available or complete local customs formalities.

Certain items cannot be shipped, and others require documentation. Please review our Prohibited Items page. We check each shipment against destination-country rules before collection.
