SETU (Setu World Express) arranges domestic and international shipping using its own network and trusted carrier partners. Estimates provided by our calculator are indicative; the final price is confirmed after weighing at pickup.

You confirm that the contents of your shipment are accurately declared, legally permitted, and correctly packed where you have self-packed. You must not ship prohibited or restricted items without the required documentation.

You are responsible for providing accurate sender and recipient details.

Shipments are subject to airline regulations, customs procedures and destination-country laws. Transit timelines and customs outcomes may vary depending on external authorities.

Any customs duties or taxes levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. Our liability is limited as set out in your shipment agreement and applicable insurance cover.
