How is the shipping price calculated?

No. Your quote itemises everything — shipping and GST. The only cost outside our control is destination customs duty or tax, which some countries charge the recipient. We always tell you when that's likely before pickup.

What is volumetric weight and why does it matter?

Light but bulky parcels take up space on a plane, so airlines charge by volume when it exceeds actual weight. Volumetric weight = L × W × H (cm) ÷ 5000. You pay whichever is higher. Our calculator works it out for you as you type.

How do I track my shipment?

Every shipment gets a tracking number, sent to you by SMS and email at pickup. Enter it on our Track page anytime for a live status. You can also share a live-tracking link with the person receiving the parcel.

How long does international delivery take?

Typically 2–4 days to the Gulf, 3–5 days to the USA and UK, and 4–6 days to Australia and Canada on our express and standard services. Your quote shows an estimated delivery date for each option.

My tracking hasn't updated for a day — is that normal?

Yes, short gaps are normal while a shipment clears customs at the destination. Customs checkpoints don't always scan in real time. If anything genuinely stalls, our team steps in proactively.

What documents (KYC) do I need to ship internationally?

Where a destination country charges import duty or tax, it's paid by the recipient to their local authorities. We handle all export documentation from India so clearance is smooth, and we flag likely duties before pickup.

Yes — this is one of our specialities. Prescription medicines can be shipped with a valid doctor's prescription and invoice. Rules vary by country, so we check your specific items and destination before we collect them.
