If you cancel a booking before pickup, any amount paid is fully refundable.

Once a shipment has been dispatched, shipping charges are generally non-refundable, as costs are incurred with our carrier partners.

Where a shipment is lost or damaged and covered by insurance you purchased, claims are settled per the insurance terms and declared value.
