SETU began with a simple, stubborn frustration in Hyderabad: sending something abroad was far harder than it needed to be. A mother wanting to post her son's medicines. Every one of them ran into the same wall — confusing forms, unclear prices, and the quiet fear of getting it wrong.
We named the company after the Telugu and Sanskrit word setu— a bridge. Because that's what a courier really is: not boxes and planes, but a way for love to travel. Our job is to carry the weight — the packing, the KYC, the customs, the worry — so all you have to carry is the intention.
Today, working with trusted global carriers like DHL, UPS and FedEx, we move parcels from India to 200+ countries. But the measure we care about isn't volume. It's the message a customer sends after their parents finally receive their pickles, or their certificate arrives in time for the job. That's the bridge, working.
